Organised Retail Prospects Looking Strong

With Uchumi coming back pretty strongly after re-emerging from administration in early 2010, Kenya's food retail sector has a pretty competitive feel to it. The likes of Nakumatt and Tusks are fairly well placed and will launch a lot of new stores over the next few years as a lot more Kenyans make the transition from informal to organised retail.
