Katjes Will Look For Stronger International Growth Following Lamy Lutti Acquisition

Germany's third-largest sugar confectionery manufacturer Katjes International has taken full control of French group Lamy Lutti, after selling a EUR30mn bond to finance the purchase of the 33.3% of the firm that it did not already own. In 2009 Katjes built a 33.3% stake in the business and in November 2010 increased its shareholding to 66.6%.
