Carrefour Still Looking For Turnaround Solutions As Knight Vinke Seeks Board Seat

Knight Vinke has previously suggested that the firm's current corporate setup, with Olofsson acting as both CEO and Chairman, was 'far from... ideal' given the need for effective scrutiny of the company's costly turnaround plans.
