BMI expects bottled water and juices to grow more quickly in volume terms than carbonated/fizzy drinks over our forecast period. We note that the South African carbonates sector is fairly well developed with high per capita consumption levels, so really strong growth in volume terms is likely to come from elsewhere over the next few years; although there should be some tidy growth in carbonates too.
