Cherkizovo Sales Up Strongly In First Nine Months Of 2011

Largely on the back of an expanded production capacity and the acquisition of Mosselprom, Russia's leading meat producing and processing company Cherkizovo has reported strong sales growth across its poultry, pork and meat processing units for the nine month period to September 2011. To 2015, with Russians getting richer, our agribusiness team sees plenty of room for growth in consumption in pork and poultry, which should continue to bode well for Cherkizovo's long-term growth prospects.
