Snack and soft drink major PepsiCo has announced a new strategic alliance with fruit juice firm Ocean Spray across Latin America. The move will mean that PepsiCo gains the rights to produce and distribute Ocean Spray's portfolio of cranberry and blueberry-based drinks across the region and is designed to enhance PepsiCo's fruit juice portfolio, while supporting the availability of Ocean Spray's products.
