CCHBC Grabs 83% Of Lanitis

Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co (CCHBC) has said that 208mn shares (83% of the equity) have so far been tendered in Lanitis Brothers Ltd, the Cypriot soft drinks company that it is in the midst of acquiring.
