Mercator Signs Deal With Serbian Rodic

Following an attempted hostile takeover, Slovenian retail group Mercator has signed a protocol on strategic partnership with Rodic MB, the goal of which is the creation of a joint trade chain and further development. The arrangement is the first step in the signing of future agreements on mutual swapping of shares, which will be prepared in the coming months.
