CCI's Results Unaffected By Legal Dispute
November 2006 | Company News AlertCoca-Cola Içecek (CCI), the Turkish branch of the Atlanta-based drinks giant Coca-Cola,, has reported strong third quarter results following months of controversy. For the first nine months of the year, both sales and earnings exceeded expectations, thanks in part to a successful local marketing campaign. Net sales rose 45% to TRY1.4bn (US$938mn), while operating profits were up 57% to TRY248.9mn. Volume also grew by 44.4% to 148.7mn unit cases, while net sales reached TRY593.4mn, a 51.6% increase.
