V&S Lands Baijiu JV
May 2007 | Company News AlertSwedish premium vodka group V&S has entered into a joint venture with Chinese baijiu producer JianNanChun. The new entity, in which V&S will hold the majority 51% stake, will develop and distribute premium baijiu brands throughout the country in a bid to exploit China's high-growth premium beverage sub-sector without alienating those unsusceptible to international brands.
