Wheat Prices Soar As Ukraine Cuts Exports

Following Ukraine's announcement that it will cap exports starting in November, wheat prices rose to a record high on the Chicago Board of Trade. Ukraine is the world's seventh-largest wheat exporter, but following a period of drought and falling supplies, the government has decided to restrict exports in order to keep domestic prices stable.
