Super-Sol's Fourth Quarter Profits More Than Double
March 2008 | Company News AlertIsrael's leading mass grocer retail (MGR) operator Super-Sol has announced that its fourth quarter profits more than doubled on the back of cost efficiencies and a 10% sales rise. Fourth quarter net profits were up an impressive 120% to ILS93mn (US$26.8mn), while sales rose to ILS2.33bn (US$672.5mn), with same store sales up 8.8%. Super-Sol has been steadily improving its profitability, which has been aided by positive economic growth of recent years.
