Seafood Exports Rising But Consumption At Home A Priority

Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has released data on the performance of the country's seafood industry for the first three months of the year. The industry looks well poised to meet annual export expectations of around US$3.4bn after exporting US$551mn worth of seafood in the first quarter - up 11% year-on-year (y-o-y) - and US$300mn of produce in March alone.
