Embotelladoras Arca Focuses On Argentina

Mexican Coca-Cola bottler Embotelladoras Arca has announced it will buy the Coca-Cola Co. franchise for north-eastern Argentina. The franchise will give Arca control over the provinces of Corrientes, Chaco, Fomosa, Misiones and the northern part of Santa Fe. The move comes just a month after Arca bought the Coca-Cola franchise for north-west Argentina in what was the firm's first foray outside of Mexico. By choosing to focus on Argentina, Arca clearly believes that the country's soft drinks market offers some of the best growth potential in Latin America, and BMI now considers this
