APB In Joint Venture Spree To Maximise Limited Growth Ops

Singapore-based Asia Pacific Breweries (APB) - a joint venture between Dutch major Heineken and Singapore's Fraser & Neave - has confirmed the integration of two new joint venture companies into its New Zealand subsidiary DB Breweries. In tandem with partners JAG Hospitality and Curdall Investments, respectively, DB will acquire 60% stakes in food and beverage chain operator Barworks and microbrewer and bar operator Sale Street Brewery.
