Thailand's leading brewer Thai Beverage (ThaiBev) has announced the introduction of German premium beer brand Federbrauin in the country. The Chang brewer's first premium beer launch, Federbrauin, will represent a departure in a market dominated by the economy sector. With consumers still price conscious in the country, the launch can be viewed as a means of warding off competition from the import sector rather than an attempt to dramatically boost market
