Dairy Partners of America, the joint 50-50 joint venture set up by dairy giants Fonterra and Nestlé, has announced plans to build a new yoghurt plant in the Brazilian state of Bahia. The plant is designed to cater to growing demand for dairy products in Latin America and will produce yoghurt tailored to the tastes of the local population in the north eastern Brazilian
