Italy Taken To Court Over 'Pure Chocolate' Label

The European Commission (EC) has announced it will refer Italy to the European Court of Justice, Europe's highest court, over the labelling of 'pure chocolate' products. The Commission claims that the label allows for discrimination against other types of chocolate and that it is misleading to consumers.
