Kellogg Lands Navigable To Secure Local Manufacturing Presence

US cereals major Kellogg Company has acquired Chinese cookie and cracker manufacturer Zhenghang Food Company, also known as Navigable Foods. The acquisition - the value of which has not been disclosed - will improve Kellogg's presence in the high-growth Chinese snack food sector, while it will also add two manufacturing facilities - Kellogg's first in China - to the company's Asia Pacific business
