Kraft and Sadia In Cheese Joint Venture

US food giant Kraft Foods has announced it is to team up with Brazilian meat packer Sadia to sell processed cheese in Brazil. The two firms have revealed plans for a joint venture to be called K&S Alimentos SA in which Sadia will hold a 49% stake and Kraft will hold a 52% stake.
