Konzum Partners With Paragon For Supply Chain Management

Leading Croatian mass grocery retail (MGR) operator Konzum has begun working with leading software systems company Paragon to standardise the daily planning of its operations. According to Konzum, this partnership will help the firm cut costs, drive greater efficiencies, improve its environmental performance and enhance its customer service. This service will replace the manual planning that the company currently uses, which is very inefficient given that Konzum is currently running a network of around 700 stores with six depots and a fleet of 200 delivery vehicles.
