Barry Callebaut Opens New Factory

Swiss business-to-business chocolate manufacturer Barry Callebaut has opened a new factory in northern Mexico capable of producing 100,000 tonnes of chocolate a year. The investment is part of a push into emerging markets, which Callebaut has suggested will be the engine behind future growth.
