Barry Callebaut, Natra Talks Break Down

Business-to-business chocolate supplier Barry Callebaut has failed to reach an agreement with Spanish corporation Natra for the disposal of Stollwerck, Barry Callebaut's European consumer chocolate business. A disagreement over the valuation of the business was given as a reason behind the failure to reach a deal.
