SABMiller Buys Promising Non-Alcoholic Drinks Player

SABMiller has announced that its operating subsidiary Heinrich's Syndicate Limited (HSL) has reached an accord with Zambia-based Trade Kings Limited to buy out the latters' Maheu unit for just under US$20mn, subject to regulatory approval.
