Pisco Exports Set To Soar?

Peru's National Commission for Pisco (CONAPISCO) has reported that the country exported 63,000 litres of Pisco during the first half of 2009 with a value of around US$0.5mn. The two most important export destinations were the US and Chile, which purchased 32% and 12% respectively. Other important markets included Ecuador (9%), Panama (7%), Argentina (5%) and Colombia (4%).
