SABMiller Latin American Volumes Hit By Downturn And Competition

UK-based brewer SABMiller has reported a 1% decline in lager volume sales in Latin America for its fiscal first half. In the six months to September 30 volumes in both Colombia and Peru were down 2%, while volumes in Ecuador and Panama increased by 7% and 2%, respectively, and volumes in Honduras were flat.
