Biedronka Drives Jerónino-Martins' FY09 Growth
January 2010 | Company News AlertPortuguese mass grocery retailer (MGR) Jerónino-Martins' Polish discount subsidiary Biedronka continued to drive wider group growth in 2009. Accounting for more than 50% of group turnover, annual sales at Biedronka increased 6% year-on-year (y-o-y) to EUR3.72bn while group sales strengthened by the same figure to EUR7.32bn in the year to December 31 2009.
