Juhayna Considering IPO As Benchmark CASE-30 Index Spikes

The diversified Egyptian food and drink company Juhayna is evaluating a possible initial public offering (IPO) according to Chairman Safwan Sabet. Egypt's benchmark CASE-30 index has performed strongly in the year-to-date and is currently trading at its highest level since September 2008. Juhayna is believed to be one of several firms considering listing on an Egyptian bourse that has not served up an IPO since mid-2008.
