Swiss food giant Nestlé has announced it is to sue US food group Sara Lee for infringing the patent of its Nespresso coffee capsule system. The lawsuit, which will be heard in France, comes after Sara Lee developed capsules for Nestlé's Nespresso machines that undercut the price of official Nespresso products and could potentially pave the way for a slew of imitators.
