Its mass grocery retail (MGR) sector is reflective of the generally underdeveloped state of its F&D industry, with informal retail estimated to be contributing about 70% to aggregate grocery sales. Lebanon is a distant last in BMI's MENA region Business Environment Ratings for Q410.
