SABMiller To Increase Capacity With Competition Expected To Hot Up
August 2010 | Company News AlertSouthern Sudan is emerging as a new frontier in the ongoing regional battle for beer market supremacy between SABMiller and Diageo-owned East African Breweries Ltd (EABL). SABMiller's Southern Sudan Beverages subsidiary has announced plans to raise capacity by more than 50% to around 350,000 hectolitres by the end of 2010 as competition from EABL increased.
