Atlantic Grupa To Lay Low On M&A After Big Droga Kolinska Buy

The Croatian functional food and drink producer Atlantic Grupa does not expect to pursue any major acquisitions until at least 2012. Having bought the Slovenian food company Droga Kolinska for EUR382mn earlier in 2010, Atlantic will focus its attention on integrating the newly acquired unit (its largest acquisition ever).
