Employment Key To A Turnaround In The Beer Sector

The two leading US brewers, Anheuser Busch InBev (ABI) and MillerCoors, have continued to see their domestic sales weighed down by sluggish economic growth and high unemployment. Both firms posted rising domestic profitability on the back of cost savings but look unlikely to register any meaningful growth in volumes until the US economy picks up growth and a significant number of jobs start to be created.
