Forget Cola War, The Biscuit War Is Now On

While PepsiCo's strong financial clout and international brand appeal should prove supportive of its expansionary ambitions in the Indian confectionery market, its relatively late entry means it faces a challenge as it pits itself against the immense expertise and experience of biscuit majors Parle Products and Britannia Industries.
