Saudi-Arabian headquartered company Aujan has announced that it plans on investing in Turkey's thriving juice industry, according to Turkey's Federation of Food and Drink Industry Association. Juice is the most popular non-alcoholic beverage in Turkey where per-capita consumption has skyrocketed to 7.9 litres in 2006, compared to 1.9 litres in 1990.
