Three years after closing some of its restaurants in the capital, Bogotá, McDonald's last week repeated the exercise in Cali, the country's third largest city. Many would-be customers continued to arrive at the now sealed outlets last weekend, unaware of the closures. The company operated four restaurants and two express kiosks in the city, representing 13% and 7% respectively of its overall presence in the
