Lithuania's largest agricultural and investment company, Agrowill Group AB, has reached an agreement to acquire Estonia's Polva Agro, one of the most biggest and most efficient dairy farms in that country. Agrowill representatives have said that this takeover will serve as a base for further expansions, not only in the Estonian market, but also in other CEE markets, as the company looks to strengthen its foothold in this region's burgeoning dairy market.
