Germany's third largest sugar confectionery manufacturer Katjes Fassin has announced that it has increased its shareholding in French group Lamy Lutti to 34%, making it the single largest shareholder. The move comes six months after the two businesses agreed to form an international strategic alliance - a deal which saw Katjes Fassin take a 10% stake in the French firm.
